Exclusions

Like all warranties, some exclusions apply. These include:

  • Pre-existing or known faults
  • Routine servicing, tyres, batteries, filters, belts
  • Modifications or unauthorised repairs
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear items not listed as covered

How to Make a Claim

  1. Stop driving the vehicle to avoid further damage.
  2. Call AWN Claims on 1800 651 111 (Mon–Fri, 8:15am–5:15pm AEST).
  3. Provide your contract number, vehicle details, and a description of the issue.
  4. AWN will guide you through the process and direct you to an authorised repairer.

Important: Repairs must be authorised by AWN before work begins. Unauthorised repairs will not be covered.
