By accessing or purchasing from our website or dealership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all vehicle sales conducted through our business, whether online or in person.

All vehicle details including make, model, odometer reading, registration, and condition are provided in good faith. Vehicles listed as repairable write-offs have been professionally repaired, inspected, and cleared for registration in NSW.

Each buyer is provided with a Form 5 – Motor Dealer’s Notice, as required under the Motor Dealers and Repairers Act 2013 (NSW). This includes important information such as odometer verification, PPSR status, registration details, warranty eligibility, and any damage history.

Every vehicle from Rising Rides comes with peace of mind through a 3- or 5-year Premium Mechanical & Electrical Warranty, powered by AWN, Australia’s most awarded warranty provider. Offering unlimited kilometres, unlimited claims, no excess payable, and nationwide coverage, this warranty protects major components such as the engine, transmission, brakes, cooling and fuel systems, steering, electrics, air conditioning, drive shafts, and factory-fitted turbos. While routine servicing, wear-and-tear items, pre-existing faults, and unauthorised repairs are excluded, the warranty ensures comprehensive protection for unexpected issues. Claims are simple—just contact AWN Claims before repairs begin to be directed to an authorised repairer.

All vehicles sold by Rising Rides are covered by statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This includes guarantees that the vehicle is:

• Of acceptable quality
• Fit for purpose
• As described

You may be entitled to a replacement, refund, repair, or compensation in case of a major failure.

A deposit is required to hold or secure a vehicle. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Full payment must be received before delivery or handover of the vehicle.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Bank transfer
• EFT / POS / Credit Card (surcharges may apply)
• Finance (subject to approval)

We offer Australia-wide depot delivery at competitive rates:

• Brisbane / Melbourne – $300
• ACT – $200
• SA – $600
• WA – $900

Delivery is arranged upon full payment. Times may vary depending on location and transport availability.

Rising Rides offers competitive trade-in prices. All trade-in values are subject to physical inspection and current market conditions.

All vehicles are sold in as-inspected condition unless otherwise stated. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle in person or via walkaround video before finalising the purchase. Independent mechanical inspections are also welcomed.

To the extent permitted by law, Rising Rides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from the purchase, use, or delivery of any vehicle.

Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of completing transactions, registrations, warranties, and communication. We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.
